The Wonderful Tree

December 17, 2010

The Wonderful Tree
The trees stand upright,
They do not have a fright.
They just stand tight,
Having a far away sight.
The trees help us,
They do not make a fuss.
If you cut a tree,
Remember you are still not free,
Because you have to plant another seed,
And do feed,
With water and food,
Without selfishly taking its wood.
The trees bloom high,
Maybe they are dry.
The trees have branches with leaves like pearls,
The stem is bent having a curl.
As far as you see a tree,
Be happy and filled with glee!!
