He currently plays as a forward for Manchester City and is also the team’s captain.Tevez started playing soccer with the local All Boys soccer club. He grew up in the neighbourhood of Ejército de Los Andes, where he earned the nickname, ‘El Apache’. He was then recruited by Boca Juniors in 2001.
