Gratitude is the best attitude

It is said that no duty is more urgent than that of expressing thanks. A feeling and expression of thankfulness for the efforts of others, that is costly to them and beneficial to us is called gratitude. It is powerful contributor to a happy life. The simplest form of expressing thanks foe gifts we have received is gratitude. All that any emotion wants is to be expresses and validated, not ignored. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient, it strengthens relationship, it improves health, and it reduces stress. Gratitude is basic human emotion. Someone has said practicing gratitude may be the fastest single pathway to happiness, health, long life, and prosperity. M. Beattie explains that gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. Emotions  are translators. We have a whole range of emotions available to us  as we are the remarkable human beings. It turns what we have into  enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, house into a home , a stranger into a fro end. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. It makes the relationship world go around. It is an essential feature. Expressions and feelings of gratitude influence loving behaviours in relationships. A practice of gratitude raises your “ happiness set-point” so you can remain at a  higher level of happiness regardless of outside circumstances. The problem is that we not only observe, recognize, and experience our range of emotions, but to varying degrees, we label them as good or bad depending on their level of comfort. It  happens when we have received a gift that we did nothing to earn or deserve. On some level we really feel gratitude. It is very much like the glow that we are unconditionally loved. In short, grace is our response to feeling loved unconditionally by God. Once you become oriented towards looking for things to be grateful for, you will find that you begin to appreciate simple pleasures and things that you previously took for granted. When we practice an attitude of gratitude we are practicing feeling loved. Practicing gratitude may be fastest single pathway to happiness, health, long life, and posperity. So take the time to develop an attitude of gratitude and you can enjoy a happier life. It is said also a wise man does not grieve for the things which he has not, bur rejoices for those which he has. Finally, Gratitude is the memory of the heart, thus express because “ Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”
